Effective Date: September 2, 2026 | Last Updated: September 2, 2026
PlanLegit respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide when visiting our website, submitting an application, communicating with us, or using PlanLegit services.
This Privacy Policy explains how PlanLegit, operated by YWAIT Wealth Management (“PlanLegit,” “YWAIT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), may collect, use, disclose, and protect information obtained through PlanLegit websites, forms, applications, communications, technology, and related services.
By using PlanLegit or submitting information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
We collect the information you give us on applications and forms, plus basic technical data from our website. We use it to evaluate applications, run accounts and training, administer compensation, and communicate with you.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing. You can opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP, and you can contact us at [email protected] to access, correct, or delete your information.
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, including:
We may also automatically collect certain technical information when you visit or interact with our websites, including IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, pages visited, approximate location derived from technical information, cookies, and similar usage information.
In addition to information you provide directly, we may receive information about you from:
If you are a PlanLegit Coordinator or Partner and you submit or enter information about your own clients into PlanLegit technology, you are responsible for having the authority and any necessary consent to do so.
PlanLegit processes that client information on your behalf and for the purpose of providing the requested services, and does not use it for its own independent marketing purposes.
PlanLegit may use collected information to:
We may create aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, and may use and disclose that information for research, analytics, reporting, benchmarking, training, and business purposes.
PlanLegit does not use automated processing alone to make decisions about applications that produce legal effects. Applications are reviewed by PlanLegit personnel, though technology may be used to organize, route, or support that review.
When you access PlanLegit through a referral page, Partner page, Coordinator referral page, unique link, application, or other referral source, PlanLegit may collect and retain information identifying the source of that referral.
For example, PlanLegit may record that an applicant was referred by a particular PlanLegit Partner or Coordinator.
This information may be used for internal recordkeeping, relationship management, compensation administration, referral bonuses, reporting, and enforcement of applicable PlanLegit agreements.
Referral attribution information may become part of your PlanLegit account or business relationship record.
A referring Partner or Coordinator may be informed that you were referred by them and of the general status of your application or relationship for compensation and relationship-management purposes. Referring parties do not receive your tax, payment, banking, or other sensitive financial information.
When you provide your contact information and consent to communications, PlanLegit may contact you regarding your application, onboarding, training, account, requested services, appointments, transactions, and related PlanLegit matters.
Communications may occur by email, telephone, or text message.
Opting out of text messages does not necessarily prevent PlanLegit from communicating with you through other lawful methods when necessary to administer an application, account, contractual relationship, transaction, or requested service.
PlanLegit does not sell or share mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with providers that help us deliver messages on our behalf, and those providers may not use it for any other purpose.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails. We may still send transactional or relationship messages necessary to administer your account or requested services.
PlanLegit and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, analytics technologies, and similar tools to operate our websites, remember preferences, understand website usage, improve performance, measure engagement, and support security.

PlanLegit does not sell personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
PlanLegit also does not sell mobile telephone numbers or text-message consent information.
We may use service providers to perform functions on our behalf, but providing information to a service provider for legitimate business purposes is not intended to authorize that provider to use the information for its own unrelated marketing purposes.

If you enter into a compensated relationship with PlanLegit, we may collect information necessary to administer payments, tax reporting, accounting, chargebacks, adjustments, or other financial obligations.

Some information may need to be retained despite a request for deletion when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, contractual, security, or other legitimate business purposes.
Send your request to [email protected] and describe what you are asking for. We will acknowledge your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, generally within forty-five (45) days, with an extension where permitted and disclosed to you.
To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests, and may decline a request we cannot reasonably verify.
Where permitted by applicable law, you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of the agent's authority and separate verification of your identity.
PlanLegit will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right granted to you by applicable law.
Residents of certain states may have additional privacy rights under applicable state law.
Depending upon the law applicable to you and whether PlanLegit is subject to that law, these rights may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal information, information concerning certain uses or disclosures of personal information, and the right to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, or certain profiling.
PlanLegit will process applicable privacy requests in accordance with legal requirements. PlanLegit may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
If we decline to act on your privacy request and the law applicable to you provides an appeal right, you may appeal that decision by replying to our response or writing to [email protected] with the word “Appeal” in the subject line. We will inform you in writing of our decision on the appeal and the reasons for it. Where required, we will also tell you how to contact your state attorney general to submit a complaint.
Some PlanLegit and YWAIT Wealth Management activities may involve financial products or services subject to federal and state financial privacy laws, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
Where those laws apply to a particular product, service, or relationship, you may receive a separate financial privacy notice describing the information practices for that relationship, along with any applicable right to limit certain sharing.
If a separate financial privacy notice applies to your relationship, that notice governs the information practices it describes to the extent it differs from this Privacy Policy.
Nonpublic personal financial information collected in connection with those relationships is not shared with nonaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
PlanLegit is intended for adults and professional users and is not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through PlanLegit's professional application process.
If we learn that information has been collected from a child in circumstances prohibited by applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to address it.
